an experiential gathering
This Gathering will refresh the baselines of shifting your awareness through and beyond your body and will then expand this to explore specific locations and timelines in greater depth and with greater precision, increasing our fluency and the engagement of our practice.
By the end of this Gathering, our intention is that you’ll be able to ignite your suns individually and as a tree with precision and power, that you’ll be able to find solid grounding through your roots and that you will understand of the functions of all three shields so that you can make informed heart-mind choices about how they function.
**Please do not book onto this unless you have completed at least one of the Basic Suns, Shields and Roots Gatherings and are have practiced the exercises we explored so that you are fully fluent**
